In order to improve our services we have :

  • Installed an updated phone system
  • Identified with new call data when the phones are most busy
  • Implemented a call back system so patients do not have to wait on the phone
  • Increased our reception staffing between 8-9am to answer the calls quicker
  • Stabilised our reception team
