We are delighted that Swavesey has continued to remain in the top ten practices this year, coming 7th in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough with 91% of patients describing their overall experience at the practice as good
In order to maintain our service to you we have :
- Implemented online services so that patients can contact us for non urgent medical and/or admin requests
- Updated and improved our website in line with accessibility standards
- Revalidated our Carers tick award

In order to improve our services we have :
- Installed an updated phone system
- Identified with new call data when the phones are most busy
- Implemented a call back system so patients do not have to wait on the phone
- Increased our reception staffing between 8-9am to answer the calls quicker
- Stabilised our reception team
